【摘要】目的 :探讨cAMP类似物 8-Br-AMP对人恶性胶质瘤TJ899细胞EGFR基因表达的影响。方法 :体外分组培养TJ899细胞 ,采用斑点印迹技术对观察实验组与对照组TJ899细胞EGFR基因表达情况。结果 :加 8-Br -cAMP处理的实验组较不加 8-Br-cAMP处理的对照组TJ899细胞EGFR基因表达降低。结论 :8-Br-cAMP可下调TJ899细胞EGFR基因表达。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To approach the effects of 8-Br-cAMP on the expression of EGFR in human malignant gliomatosis TJ 899 cells.Methods:TJ 899 cells were cultured in vitro, the expression of EGFR gene were studied by dot blot.Results:The expression of EGFR gene in the experimental group which added 8-Br-cAMP was weaker than that in the control group which no 8-Br-cAMP added.Conclusion:8-Br-cAMP could suppress the gene expression of EGFR in TJ 899 cells.更多还原
