利用电导法测定杂交水稻种子活力的探讨

【摘要】 以5个杂交水稻种子为材料,通过人工老化处理,分别测定了(20±1)℃恒温条件下不同活力水平、不同浸泡时间的种子浸出液电导率,研究了电导率与种子活力生理指标的相关性,并对运用电导法测定杂交水稻种子的活力进行了探讨。结果表明:电导法测定杂交水稻种子活力的适宜浸泡时间为24 h;各个杂交水稻种子在适宜浸泡时间的电导率与发芽率、活力指数均存在显著或极显著负相关。电导法可作为快速测定杂交水稻种子活力的一个重要指标。

【Abstract】 Five kinds of hybrid rice seed treated through artificial aging,and then their seed lixivium conductivity with different seed activities and different soak time at(20±1)℃ constant temperature were determined separately.The correlation between conductivity and physical index of seed activity was studied;meanwhile,the seed activity of hybrid rice was determined by conductivity method.The results indicated that the suitable soak time is 24 h;the correlation between conductivity and emerging rate or correlation between conductivity and activity index of each kind of hybrid rice seed within suitable soak time showed significant or extremely significant negative correlation.The conductivity method could be a important index for quick determining seed activity of hybrid rice.
