【Abstract】 The status of restaurant waste management in Changzhou was introduced. Based on the actual operation data of restaurant waste of three years in Changzhou,we deeply analyzed the production rule of restaurant waste and put forward some enlightenmens in connection with "weekend effect","policy management and control ","weekend peek",and"redundant protection ",etc. Good exampls for the development of restaurant waste management and treatment technology were provided with practical guiding significance.更多还原
