C+N共控时代普通奥氏体不锈钢管性能控制——中外不锈钢管标准细节比较研究之五
Performance Control for Conventional Austinetic Stainless Steel Tube/Pipe in(C+N) Co-interstitially Dissolved Time—— Comparison and Research on Standards’ Details of Stainless Steel Tube/Pipe in China and Abroad(Ⅴ)
【摘要】 普通CrNi(304)、CrNiMo(316)奥氏体不锈钢可因C和N含量不同派生出许多钢种。生产应用及研究表明,N比C更有益,且有效地控制这类奥氏体不锈钢的力学、加工及耐蚀性能;但C的有益作用亦不能完全排除,C+N共存的间隙固溶控制是这些不锈钢管性能控制的基本特征和途径,它不仅使TP304L/316L钢管的强度达到TP304/316的要求并使塑性和韧性不受影响,而且在多数场合下可以用标准规定的Cr,Ni下限制造焊管和无缝管,从而取得尽可能高的成本效益。
【Abstract】 Conventional CrNi(304) and CrNiMo(316) austenitic stainless steel derived many variant steels according to contained C and N value. Research, production and application indicated that N is more beneficial than C and effective to control mechanical, workable and corrosion resistant performance of these stainless steel grades; however the beneficial actions of C can not be excluded yet. Now(C+N) co-interstitially dissolved is a basic characteristic and approach for controlling performance of these stainless steel tube/pipe. It not only makes the strength of TP304L/316L grade can reach the strength requirement of TP304/316 grade at conditions of without influence on ductility and toughness, but also makes the welded and seamless stainless steel tube/pipe can be manufactured with minimum Cr and Ni contained value of standard specified in most of production applications so that cost efficiency can be obtained as higher as possible.
