煤氧化对太西无烟煤/聚苯胺复合材料结构与性能的影响

【摘要】 通过原位聚合法制备了太西无烟煤/聚苯胺(TXC/PANI)导电复合材料,对太西无烟煤(TXC)分别进行NaClO和H2O2/NaClO联合氧化处理,研究了氧化处理对TXC及TXC/PANI复合材料结构和性能的影响。结果表明,氧化作用改变了TXC的孔结构和分布,起到疏通孔道的作用,提高了TXC与PANI之间的相互作用。NaClO氧化使TXC/PANI复合材料的电导率提高到10-1S/cm,热稳定性则有所降低。该研究结果对无烟煤功能材料化利用提供了一条有效途径。

【Abstract】 Taixi anthracite/PANI conductive composites have been prepared by in situ polymerization.Taixi anthracite(TXC)was firstly oxidized with NaClO and H2O2/NaClO,separately.The impact of oxidation treatment on structure of TXC and performance of the composites has been studied.The results showed that the pore structure and distribution of TXC were changed by the oxidation,which plaied an important role in dredging pore channels and increasing the interaction between TXC and PANI.The conductivity of the composites was increased up to 10-1S/cm,but its thermal stability was decreased due to the NaClO oxidization of TXC.The results provided an effective way for functional materialization of anthracite.
