乳液聚合新技术在含氟聚合物功能性涂层材料中的应用

【摘要】 介绍了几种乳液聚合新技术,如核-壳乳液聚合、微乳液聚合、乳胶型互穿网络聚合(LIPN)等,并对它们在功能型含氟乳液涂层材料研究中的应用进行了展望。

【Abstract】 Emulsion polymerization has many excellent characteristics such as mildness in polymerization condition,simpleness in polymerization technology,easiness to operation,and no environmental pollution,so prepared emulsion can be applied in the fields of fine polymer chemicals,such as environmentally friendly coatings,adhesives,and so!on.Several new emulsion polymerization technologies,such as core-shell emulsion polymerization,microemulsion polymerization,and latex interpenetrating polymer networks(LIPN) were introduced, and their applications in synthesis of functionalized fluorine-containing emulsion and preparation of environmentally friendly coatings were prospected.
