选择性催化还原脱氮催化剂的再生及其应用评述
Regeneration technologies of SCR catalysts and their applications
【摘要】 介绍了选择性催化还原(SCR)原理,分析了SCR反应过程中催化剂钝化4种主要原因,总结了目前国内外常用的几种催化剂的失活再生技术,如水洗再生、热再生、热还原再生、酸液处理再生、SO2酸化热再生,同时对酸液处理再生技术进行实验评价。评述了催化剂再生方法的实际应用。
【Abstract】 The basic principles of selective catalytic reduction(SCR) reaction are described.The theories of deactivation for SCR catalysts are analyzed.Some kinds of regeneration technologies for catalysts,such as water washing,thermal regeneration,thermal reduction regeneration,acid treatment,thermal regeneration by SO2,are summarized.The method of acid treatment is evaluated experimentally and the application of regeneration methods in thermal power plants is presented.
