【摘要】 公民新闻的核心是报道主体的变化以及报道内容的非政府化,公民新闻的舆情预设有些与政府舆情预设会产生对立,而且公民新闻舆论经常会放弃客观立场,引发媒介审判、网络暴力。但是,对公民新闻的认识却忽略了两个关键问题:公民新闻传递离不开主流网站提供的平台;不加选择地制造新闻又失去了传统新闻的价值。因此,当代中国的公民新闻还需要完善和规范,需要寻求价值与身份认同,而不应该在网络监管和制止侵权的整治下扼杀其民主表述的内核。更多还原

【Abstract】 The core of citizen news is non-governmental in content and its public feelings are often opposing to the governments.And sometimes due to its subjective standpoint,citizen news can easily lead to the media trial and Internet violence.Now two key problems are ignored that citizen news is indispensable to the main websites and making news will lose the value of traditional news.So today in China citizen news needs criteria and improvement and its value should be sought and its identity should be recognized.And the democratic part should not be strangled in the name of Internet supervision and infringement.更多还原
