【摘要】 易班网是高校网络思想政治教育新的宣传阵地，近年来“易班”工作在全国多所高校开展得如火如荼，但也存在易班网黏性度不够、宣传力度不足、主题与形式有限且存在“两张皮”等问题。究其原因有易班网发展时间尚短，获取活动主题及形式渠道较为有限，指导教师队伍学科结构及宣传方式方法单一等问题。本文以包头医学院为例通过调查研究以进一步丰富“易班”网络思想政治教育内容，构建科学的指导教师队伍学科结构，建立完善的工作机制及搭建以易班网为中心的新媒体宣传矩阵等方式方法，进一步促进“易班”网络思想政治教育功能的发挥。更多还原

【Abstract】 Easy class network is a new propaganda position of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. In recent years, the “easy class” work has been carried out in many universities in full swing, but there are also problems such as insufficient viscosity, insufficient publicity, limited theme and form and “two skins”. The reasons are the problems such as the short development time of Yiban network, the theme and form channels of the activity are relatively limited, and the single discipline structure and publicity method of the guiding teachers.
