海藻生物吸附重金属研究现状及展望
Present Study and Perspective of Heavy Metal Biosorption on Marine Algae
【摘要】 大量的重金属通过人为污染或天然源形式进入自然水体后会严重危害生态环境和人类健康。传统的重金属去除方法普遍存在操作复杂、运行成本高、重金属难以回收等缺点,而生物吸附法相对于传统方法具有成本低、效率高、无二次污染和利于改善生态环境等特点。在种类繁多的生物质中海藻是公认的优质生物吸附剂,但海藻重金属生物吸附尚未进入工业化应用阶段,主要是因为缺少明确的吸附机理、有效的热力学和动力学模型。在对此进行研究的过程,认为仍需在吸附机理、模型、吸附剂固定化及再生方面做深入研究。
【Abstract】 Large quantities of heavy metals were released into natural water by artificial pollution and natural source,and have been seriously harming the ecological environment and human health.The traditional methods to remove heavy metals have more disadvantages,such as complicated to operate,high running cost and hard to recover the heavy metals.Compared with these traditional approaches,biosorption has many good features,such as lower cost,high absorption efficiency,non-secondary pollution and will be beneficial to environment improvement.The algae are regarded as an excellent biosorbent among numerous biomass.Due to lack of clear absorption mechanism and effective thermodynamic and kinetic models,marine algae are not yet applicable as heavy metal biosorbent in industry.Therefore we do this study,and we point out the absorption mechanism,models,immobilization and regeneration of biosorbent in algae should be intensively studied in the future.
