【Abstract】 Trade secret called "unexposed information" in TRIPS is the legal component of Intellectual Property Law. There exist the perfect statutes and regulations for trade secret security in US, while deficient of statutes and applications in China. This article brings the main content and comparison of current situation of Sino-US’s relevant law for trade secret, explains reasons and deep factors contributed to the comparisons, draws conclusions of enhancing Chinese trade secret security and protection.更多还原
