遵义朝天椒种质资源创制新组合鉴选初报

Preliminary Report on Identification and Selection of New Combinations of Zanthoxylum Piperitum Germplasm Resources in Zunyi

【摘要】 为明确黔北地区朝天椒品种的农艺性状与经济性状遗传显著特性,利用遵义地方辣椒种质资源组配选育的12个新组合在黔北低海拔区开展了生育期、株高、果长、果色、第三苔果熟期、植株开展度、单果重、干鲜椒重等性状的鉴选分析。结果表明,选育组合的生育期为160~162 d,与目前生产上主栽的外引品种相当;分枝数相对较少,初花节位较高;果实为短锥型或指型,椒果红熟一致性好,其中遵辣201、遵辣205、遵辣206、遵辣207、遵辣208在干鲜椒产量方面表现突出。遵辣201、遵辣205、遵辣206、遵辣207鲜椒产量比ck增产13.21%、2.21%、4.17%、11.54%,遵辣201、遵辣205、遵辣206干椒产量分别比ck增产6.65%、10%、22.42%,平均增产6.6%以上;在主茎支撑性、结果期生长势和干鲜果色泽等方面亦符合生产实际与市场需求,具有明显优势。遵辣207虽鲜椒产量较高,但在低海拔区较感日灼病,其余组合田间表现较ck弱、综合表现差。因此,利用遵义朝天椒地方种质资源可选配出适宜黔北低海拔山区种植的辣椒新品种,重点对遵辣201、遵辣205、遵辣206、遵辣208开展选择,早期注重对遵辣品种的肥水调控,促枝早发。

【Abstract】 In order to clarify the genetic significant characteristics of agronomic and economic traits of Chaotian pepper varieties in northern Guizhou, 12 new combinations selected from Zunyi local pepper germplasm resources were used to carry out the identification and analysis of growth period, plant height, fruit length, fruit color, the third fruit ripening stage, plant development degree, single fruit weight and dry and fresh pepper weight in the low altitude area of northern Guizhou. The results showed that the growth period of the selected combinations was 160-162 days. It was equivalent to the main introduced varieties in current production. The number of branches was relatively small, and the node position of the first flower was high. The fruit was short cone or finger type, and the red ripening consistency of pepper fruit was good. Among them, Zunla 201, Zunla 205, Zunla 206, Zunla 207 and Zunla 208 were outstanding in the yield of dry and fresh pepper. The yield of fresh pepper of Zunla 201, Zunla 205 and Zunla 206 per 666.7 m~2 increased by 13.21%, 2.21%, 4.17% and 11.54% compared with ck, and the yield of dry pepper increased by 6.65%, 10% and 22.42% respectively, with an average increase of more than 6.6%. It also meets the actual production and market demand in terms of main stem support, growth trend in fruiting period and color of dry and fresh fruits, and had obvious advantages. Although Zunla 207 had a high yield of fresh pepper, it was more susceptible to sunburn in low altitude areas. The field performance of other combinations was weaker and the comprehensive performance was poor than that of the control varieties. Therefore, the local germplasm resources of Zunyi Chaotian pepper were used to select new pepper varieties suitable for planting in low-altitude mountainous areas in northern Guizhou, focusing on the selection of Zunla 201, Zunla 205, Zunla 206 and Zunla 208. In the early stage, we should pay attention to the regulation of fertilizer and water of Zunla varieties to promote the early development of branches.
