【摘要】 《贵州省旅游条例》在积极借鉴我国相关旅游法律法规的基础上,更加注重突出生态旅游理念和民族地方特色,注重发展民生、消除贫困,注重以人为本、维护旅游者权益保护等,虽然已经有所创新和发展,但是仍然存在着不足之处,如尚未明确建立综合管理体制、多元化旅游纠纷解决机制以及境外旅游条款等内容,需要进一步修订和完善。更多还原

【Abstract】 With relevant laws and regulations as useful references,Guizhou Tourism Regulations gives priorities to the development of people’s livelihood and poverty elimination,while attaching great importance to people-oriented concepts,eco-tourism ideas,local national features and the protection of the legal rights of tourists. Besides some new improvements in the amendment,there are still some shortcomings which need to be further revised and perfected,such as the lack of comprehensive management system,diversified tourism dispute resolution mechanism and overseas tourism terms.更多还原
