新型催化剂催化氧化制药废水的性能研究
Study on Performance of New Catalyst for Catalytic Oxidation of Pharmaceutical Wastewater by Carbonization of Invasive Plant
【摘要】 以加拿大一枝黄花为原料制备一枝黄花基活性炭,通过负载制备的新型催化剂来研究其催化氧化制药废水的性能,采用了扫描电镜,能谱分析,XRD等分析技术对其进行特性表征。讨论了初始p H,H2O2的投加量,催化剂投加量对4-硝基酚催化降解的影响。实验表明,在p H=3时效率最高,达到91. 63%。双氧水的最佳投加量为0. 2 m L,催化剂最佳投加量为0. 05 g时。羟基自由基(·OH)是反应中最主要活性物质,超氧自由基(HO2·)对4-硝基酚的去除起到了一定作用。
【Abstract】 A sprig of xanhua activated carbon was prepared from a sprig of yellow flowers in Canada. The performance of its catalytic oxidation of pharmaceutical waste water was studied by using a new catalyst prepared under load. The characteristics were characterized by scanning electron microscope,energy spectrum analysis and XRD. The effects of initial pH,H2 O2 and catalyst dosage on 4-nitrophenol catalytic degradation were discussed. Experiments showed that the efficiency was the highest at pH = 3,reaching 91. 63%. When the optimal amount of hydrogen peroxide was0. 2 m L and the optimal amount of catalyst was 0. 05 g,hydroxyl radical( ·OH) was the most active substance in the reaction,and the removal of 4-nitrophenol by superoxide radical( HO2·) had a certain effect.
