【Abstract】 Although NPE is still in the stage of patent layout in China and the development is not mature yet,in order to resist the "invasion" of foreign NPEs and the malignant development of NPEs in China,it is necessary to do empirical research on the following four aspects: Clarify the specific types of NPE; analyze the cases of NPE litigation; interpret the measures taken by foreign countries for NPE; clarify the current patent status in China,and then gives an enlightenment to Chinese enterprises to deal with the patent litigation of NPE.更多还原
