【摘要】 目的　探讨柳州市区更年期妇女骨量变化及相关因素 ,为进一步做好更年期保健提供科学依据。方法　选择市区4 0～ 70岁 12 5 3例妇女按相应年龄段分 6组 ,进行问卷调查及超声骨密度测量。结果　 4 0～ 6 0岁更年期妇女 86 0人 ,骨量减少及骨质疏松的 390人占 4 5 35 % ,年龄增加骨量异常上升 ,各年龄组比较差异有显著性 (P <0 0 1)。结论　柳州市更年期妇女骨量变化状况不容乐观 ,应进一步做好健康教育及妇女保健工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective In order to provide scientific basis for climacteric women health care , we investigate bone amount change and correlative factors in climacteric women in Liuzhou city.Methods 1 253 women aged from 40 to 70 in Liuzhou city were chosen then, divided into 6 groups according to age. They were investigated through inquiry and bone density measured by ultrasound.Results In 860 climacteric women aged from 40 to 60 , 390 women had bone amount lost and bone quantities loose (45.35%). Bone amount extremely rises with age. The result had statistical dirrerence amoung each group (P<0.01).Conclusion The bone amount change was severe,calling for better health education and women health care.更多还原
