贵州省非职业接触汞健康人群血和尿汞水平及其参考值范围

【摘要】 目的 探讨贵州省非职业接触汞(Hg)人群血和尿Hg水平及其参考值范围。方法 选取非职业接触Hg健康体检者1 080人为研究对象,将备检人群根据性别、年龄段及居住地区分组;采集体检日空腹静脉全血及1次性随机中段尿,采用原子荧光光谱法测定血Hg水平,采用碱性氯化亚锡还原-冷原子吸收法检测尿Hg水平、并用肌酐进行尿Hg校准,采用百分位数法建立血和尿Hg的参考值范围。结果 贵州地区非职业接触Hg健康人群血Hg、尿Hg的参考值范围为0.08~10.79μg/L和0.06~3.47μg/gCr;男性非职业接触Hg健康人群血Hg高于女性(P<0.05),21~30岁组非职业接触Hg健康人群血Hg水平高于其他年龄组(P<0.05);毕节地区非职业接触Hg健康人群血Hg高于其他地区(P<0.05),41~50岁组非职业接触Hg健康人群尿Hg高于其他年龄组(P<0.05);黔东南地区非职业接触Hg健康人群尿Hg高于其他地区(P<0.05)。结论 初步建立了贵州地区非职业接触Hg健康人群血Hg、尿Hg的参考值范围。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the reference range of blood and urine mercury(Hg) levels in healthy non-occupationally exposed individuals in Guizhou province. Methods A total of 1 080 healthy individuals without occupational exposure to Hg were selected as the study subjects. They were grouped by gender, age groups and residential areas. Fasting venous blood and one-time random mid-stream urine sample were collected on the day of the health check-up. The blood Hg level was determined using atomic fluorescence spectrometry, and the urine Hg level was measured using alkaline stannous chloride reduction-cold atomic absorption spectrometry with urine creatinine calibration. The reference values of blood and urine Hg were established using the percentile method. Results The reference range of blood Hg and urine Hg in non-occupationally exposed healthy individuals in Guizhou were 0.08-10.79 μg/L and 0.06-3.47 μg/gCr, respectively. The blood Hg level in male non-occupationally exposed healthy individuals was higher than that of females(P<0.05), and the blood Hg level in the 21-30 age group was higher than that of other age groups(P<0.05). The blood Hg level in non-occupationally exposed healthy individuals living in Bijie was higher than that in other areas(P<0.05), and the urine Hg level in the 41-50 age group was higher than that in other age groups(P<0.05). The urine Hg level in non-occupationally exposed healthy individuals in southeastern Guizhou was higher than that in other areas(P<0.05). Conclusion The reference range of blood and urine Hg levels in non-occupationally exposed healthy individuals in Guizhou have been preliminarily established.
