厚朴饮片性状和质量关系的研究
Study on the Correlation between the Properties and Quality of Crude Slices of HouPo
【摘要】 目的:研究厚朴饮片性状与质量的关系。方法:以厚朴酚与和厚朴酚的总量为指标,采用高效液相色谱法比较不同性状特征厚朴饮片中厚朴酚及和厚朴酚的含量。结果:不同性状特征厚朴饮片中厚朴酚及和厚朴酚的含量有明显差异,以皮厚(2.5±1)mm、断面内部紫棕色而有发亮结晶物、味苦带辛辣感的含量较高。结论:厚朴饮片性状与其内在品质有密切联系,其性状鉴别可以快速判定厚朴饮片质量的优劣。
【Abstract】 Objective: To study the relationship between the properties and the quality of crude slices of HouPo(mangnolia officinalis). Methods: By taking magnolol and total contents of magnolol as the indexes, the contents of crude slices of HouPo with different morphological features were compared by HPCL. Results: There was significant differences existed in the contents of magnolol in HouPo with different morphological features, HouPo with the bark thickness: 2.5±1 nm, internal section purple brown colors, with shiny crystals, bitter in taste with spicy flavor riched in magnolol, and higher in the contents. Conclusion: The property of crude slices of HouPo is closely related to its internal quality, its morphological identification could help judge its quality rapidly.
