【摘要】 目的:探讨藏药湿生扁蕾提取物(GPM)对人结肠癌细胞SW480增殖和周期的作用机制。方法:采用MTT比色法测定GPM对SW480细胞体外细胞毒活性,采用流式细胞仪检测细胞周期变化。结果:GPM对结肠癌SW480细胞的增殖具有抑制作用,且这种抑制作用具有明显的量效关系;用GPM处理后,SW480细胞表现出明显的G1期周期阻滞。结论:GPM能够抑制人结肠癌细胞SW480细胞的生长,并可改变细胞周期分布。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To find out the mechanism of Tibetan ShiSheng BianLei [Gentianopsis paludosa(Hook.f.)Ma](GPM) extract on the proliferation and cycle of human colon cancer SW480 cells. Methods: Cytotoxicity effects of GPM to human colon cancer SW480 cells were investigated by MTT chromatometry in vitro, and the changes of cell cycles were detected by flow cytometry. Results: GPM could inhibit the proliferatin of colon cancer SW480 cells, and the inhibition presented obvious dose-effect relationship; after dealt with GPM, SW480 cells indicated remarkable cycle arrest at G1 phase. Conclusion: GPM could inhibit the growth of human colon cancer SW480 cells and change the distribution of cell cycles.更多还原
