富氧改造对燃气炉燃烧特性影响的数值模拟研究

【摘要】 采用数值模拟方法对循环苯加热炉进行富氧燃烧改造研究,研究其在传统空气气氛和富氧气氛下的燃烧特性以期实现CO2捕集再利用。结果表明:在富氧30%O2气氛下和在传统空气气氛下的炉膛温度分布呈现出较高的相似性。在富氧燃烧氧体积分数从21%增加至40%时,炉膛出口烟温和排烟中的CO2浓度均呈现出明显下降趋势。当燃气成分发生变化时,循环苯加热炉炉内燃烧以及排烟组分会受到明显影响,应保持送入炉内燃烧的燃气中有较高含量的碳氢类化合物以及N2含量保持较低水平。研究表明工业加热炉富氧改造捕集CO2具有可行性,能够为现场改造提供技术支持。

【Abstract】 In this paper, the combustion characteristics of gas in a circulating benzene heating boiler under the traditional air combustion atmosphere and oxy-fuel combustion atmosphere were investigated by means of numerical simulations in order to realize the capture and reuse of CO2. The results indicate that the temperature distribution in the furnace under the 30% O2 oxy-fuel condition is similar to that under the traditional air condition. When the oxygen volume fraction in oxy-fuel atmosphere increases from 21% to 40%, the flame center moves down, the flue gas temperature at the furnace outlet and the CO2 concentration of the flue gas show a significantly downward trend. The combustion performance and the flue gas composition in the circulating benzene heating boiler are highly affected by the gas components sent to furnace for combustion. It is necessary to keep the high content of hydrocarbons and the low content of nitrogen in combustion gas in order to maintain CO2 concentration in flue gas at a high level. Hence, it is feasible to capture CO2 by oxy-fuel retrofit in the industrial gas-fired boiler, which can provide technical support for the in-site reconstruction.
