他者与自我视界中的大学教师身份认同
Two Theoretical Perspectives of University Teachers’ Identity
【摘要】 身份认同已成为晚期现代性背景下人们普遍遭遇的问题,大学教师,这个曾被视为高踞于象牙塔之中追寻真知的群体,如今也因大学日益融入社会而面临着角色变化引发的身份认同问题。身份认同既包括他人或社会对个体的期望、规定与认可,也内含个体对自身的反思、认定和追寻。因此,大学教师的身份认同研究可以从以下两个路径展开:基于他人视野的制度之维以及源于自我认同的个体之维。
【Abstract】 The identity has become a problem commonly encountered in the context of late modernity,university teachers,were seen as the group in the ivory tower who pursue true knowledge also face identity crisis triggered by the changing role due to universities increasingly integrated into society.Identity contains both the expectations and recognition of individual from others or the community,but also the individual own reflection,identification and pursuit.Therefore,the study of the identity of the university teachers from the following two paths:based on the vision of others dimension of the system as well as from the dimension of the individual self-identity.
