【Abstract】 The identity has become a problem commonly encountered in the context of late modernity,university teachers,were seen as the group in the ivory tower who pursue true knowledge also face identity crisis triggered by the changing role due to universities increasingly integrated into society.Identity contains both the expectations and recognition of individual from others or the community,but also the individual own reflection,identification and pursuit.Therefore,the study of the identity of the university teachers from the following two paths:based on the vision of others dimension of the system as well as from the dimension of the individual self-identity.更多还原
