【Abstract】 Along with the deepening reform of economic system of China,the importance of trade union is increasingly obvious.The review of the organizational changes of trade unions in Germany and its causes could be used for references to trade union’s organizational building of China under socialist market economy. The transformation of trade unions in Germany includes five periods:sprouting period,initial development period,readjust period restructuring period and innovation period.The historical transformation of trade union is highly consistent with social and economic changes of Germany.更多还原
