【摘要】 目的评价脱细胞异体真皮基质口腔黏膜补片在口腔黏膜缺损修复中的临床应用效果。方法采用脱细胞异体真皮修复17例不同原因所致的口腔黏膜缺损,观察其愈合及修复效果。术后随访3个月~1年。结果全部补片均完全成活,效果满意,无坏死、感染等并发症。结论脱细胞异体真皮可作为一种理想的口腔黏膜缺损的修复材料。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical application effect of acellular dermal matrix on repairing the defect of oral mucosa. Methods Seventeen cases with oral mucosa defects resulting from different reasons were repaired by acellular dermal matrix, and the healing process and the application effect were studied. The patients were followed up from 3 months to 1 year. Results The wounds were completely healed without complaints such as necrosis,infections, etc. Conclusion Acellular dermal matrix can be used as a good material for the repairing of oral mucosa defects.更多还原
