1330树脂的结晶形态研究
STUDIES ON THE CRYSTAL MORPHOLOGY OF 1330 RESIN (A Commercial Modified Polypropylene)
【摘要】 工业上采用齐格勒-纳塔型催化剂和交替通入乙烯和丙烯单体的聚合工艺所得的产物,通常称为“乙-丙嵌段共聚物”。本文通过对该类聚合物之一,国产1330树脂样品的表面氧化蚀刻,用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察其结晶形态,并用示差扫描量热法(DSC)研究样品的结晶性能。实验结果表明:1330树脂在结构特征和结晶性能上都明显不同于机械共混法所得到的iPP/PE共混物,包括存在着多种结晶形态。实质上1330树脂是由聚丙烯,聚乙烯以及乙-丙嵌段共聚物等多种聚合物所组成的复杂混合体。
【Abstract】 The technique of oxidation etching has been utilized to study the bulkcrystal morphology of a so-called ethylene-propylene block copolymer 1330resin. The etched surface was examined with scanning electron microscope(SEM), several types of the crystal morphology have been found, which arequite different from those of the mechanical blends IPP/HDPE. The heatbehavior of the samples has been studied with differential scanning calori-metry (DSC). The experiments show that such copolymer is actually a com-plex polyblend including polypropylene, polyethylene, and a certain amountof ethylene-propylene block copolymer.
