基于CiteSpace的结直肠癌肿瘤微环境近十年研究热点分析

【摘要】 目的 阐述结直肠癌(CRC)肿瘤微环境研究的热点和趋势,分析研究发展构架,为该领域的进一步研究与应用提供参考。方法 检索Web of Science核心合集数据库中2012-01-01至2022-01-07的文献。英文检索词为“(colorectal cancer) AND (microenvironment)”。应用CiteSpace (5.8.R3)软件对纳入文献的发文量、国家、作者、机构、被引文献、关键词及关键词聚类和关键词突变进行可视化分析,并绘制相应图谱。结果 最终纳入目标文献3 827篇。发文量较多的教授是美国哈佛医学院SHUJI OGINO教授、法国JEROME GALON教授、美国纽约ANDREW T CHAN教授。发文量前3位的国家是中国、美国和意大利。结合被引文献、关键词聚类和关键词突变分析得出研究侧重点:血管生成、微卫星不稳定、转移、免疫治疗、肿瘤相关成纤维细胞。热点主要是:PD-l阻断剂、共识分子亚型、错配修复缺失、免疫检查点抑制剂。结论 建议研究者深化对CRC肿瘤微环境的认识,加强国际间交流合作,持续开拓创新。

【Abstract】 Objective To elaborate the research hotspots and trends of colorectal cancer(CRC) microenvironment and analyze the research and development framework, so as to provide a reference for further research and application in this field. Methods The literature related to CRC microenvironment was searched with Web of Science core collection database from 2012-01-01 to 2022-01-07. The English search term was “(colorectal cancer) AND(microenvironment)”. CiteSpace(5.8.R3) software was used to visually analyze the number of articles, countries, authors, institutions, cited articles, keywords, keyword clustering and keyword mutation of the included articles, and draw corresponding maps. Results A total of 3 827 target target articles were finally included. Professor SHUJI OGINO from Harvard Medical School in the United States, Professor JEROME GALON from France, and Professor ANDREW T CHAN from New York in the United States ranked top three in the number of published articles. The top three countries in the number of published articles were China, the United States and Italy. Combined with cited articles, keyword clustering and keyword mutation analysis, the research focused on angiogenesis, microsatellite instability, metastasis, immunotherapy and tumor-related fibroblasts. The hotspots included PD-1 blockers, consensus molecular subtypes, mismatch repair deletion, and immune checkpoint inhibitors. Conclusion It is suggested that researchers deepen their understanding of CRC microenvironment, strengthen international exchanges and cooperation, and continue to innovate.
