【摘要】 目的:探讨内镜逆行胰胆管造影(ERCP)下治疗急性梗阻性化脓性胆管炎(acute obstructive supuiative cholangitis,AOSC)的护理要点。方法:观察我院60例AOSC患者行内镜治疗的情况。结果:60例行ERCP检查成功97%,其中行EST并取石50例次,行胰管括约肌切开术16例次,行ENBD术60例次。结论:急性梗阻性化脓性胆管炎应首选内镜胆道引流或加上EST及取石术。较传统开腹手术具有操作简单,安全、有效,创伤小和恢复快等优点,但在整个治疗过程中,训练有素的助手的配合及完善的术前、术中、术后护理非常重要,术后密切的病情观察及时发现并发症,并做好并发症的护理是确保内镜治疗术后疗效及安全性的有力保障。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the endoscopic retrograde cholangio pancreatography(ERCP) under the treatment of acute obstructive suppurative cholangitis (acute obstructive supuiative cholangitis AOSC) point of care.Methods:60 cases in our hospital were treated with endoscopic therapy AOSC situation.Results:60 routine ERCP examination success 97%,among them 50 cases of stones EST and check times,line 16 cases of pancreatic duct sphincterotomy times,60 cases of second-line ENBD surgery.Conclusion:Acute obstructive suppurative cholangitis to be the preferred endoscopic biliary drainage or with EST and lithotomy.More traditional open surgery is simple,safe,effective,less trauma and faster recovery etc.But in the whole course of treatment,well-trained assistants and improve co-ordination of the preoperative,intra operative and postoperative care is very important,after close observation of the timely detection of disease complications,and do a good job of complications after endoscopic treatment of care is to ensure efficacy and safety of a powerful guarantee.更多还原
