【摘要】 目的探讨腺苷钴胺穴位注射配合针刺在原发性三叉神经痛患者临床治疗中的应用效果。方法选择2018年1月至2018年12月本院收治的原发性三叉神经痛患者60例,使用随机数表法将所有患者分为两组,各30例。A组实施腺苷钴胺穴位注射联合针刺治疗,B组予以卡马西平治疗,比较两组患者疼痛程度、不良反应发生情况及临床疗效。结果治疗2周及4周后,A疼痛评分均低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组临床治疗总有效率高于B组,不良反应发生率低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论原发性三叉神经痛患者采用腺苷钴胺穴位注射配合针刺疗法可有效帮助其缓解疼痛程度,减少不良反应的发生,临床疗效确切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of acupoint injection of adenosine cobalamin combined with acupuncture in patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia. Methods From January 2018 to December 2018, 60 patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia were randomly divided into two groups, with 30 patients in each group. Group A was treated with acupoint injection of adenosine cobalamin and acupuncture, group B was treated with carbamazepine. Compare the pain level, adverse reactions and clinical efficacy in the two groups. Results The pain score of group A was lower than that of group B two and four weeks after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate of clinical treatment in group A was higher than that in group B, and the incidence of adverse reactions in group A was lower than that in group B(P<0.05). Conclusion Primary trigeminal neuralgia patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia can be treated with adenosine cobalamin point injection combined with acupuncture therapy, which can effectively relieve the pain degree and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.更多还原
