【Abstract】 The aim of the third nuclear experiment of DPRK is multiple,not only to accelerate the utilization of nuclear weapon,but also to get the identity as a nuclear country by forcing relevant countries. This is a key step of DPRK’s strategy of being a "permanent nuclear giant". Now the denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula is right at a crossroad.
