外资企业跨文化人力资源管理模式的研究及其选择
The Research and Choice of Trans-Culture Human Resources Management Pattern of Foreign Capital Enterprise
【摘要】 跨文化和多元文化是外资企业有别于一般企业的基本特征,不同文化的职员构成了外资企业的人力资源,如何管理这支有着不同文化背景的劳动者组成的人力资源,直接决定了外资企业的经营效率和竞争能力,本文从跨文化人力资源概念入手,分析由于不同文化背景而产生的人力资源管理问题,最终针对外资企业不同的情况进行合理的选择适用的管理模式。
【Abstract】 The Trans-Culture and the multicultural which is different with the common enterprise are the basic characteristic of foreign capital enterprise, the different cultural staff member constituted the foreign capital enterprise’s human resources, how to manage HR which has the different cultural background worker had decided directly to the management efficiency and competitive ability of the foreign capital enterprise, this article states from the Trans-Culture human resources concept, and analyzes the problem of the human resources management. Finally we aims at the different situation to carry on the reasonable choice.
