【Abstract】 Through the research on the thirteen Criminal Annals in the official history,this paper uncovers their implicit views of Confucian value,which are concretely shown as the four aspects: firstly,the thirteen Criminal Annals cites a great deal of the Confucian classics and sayings;secondly,the view of relying mainly on morality while punishment subsidiary goes through the whole Criminal Annals;thirdly,the thirteen Criminal Annals follows the Confucian ethical principle of loving and beloved and respecting the respectable;finally,the thirteen Criminal Annals use the Confucian value and ideal to criticize the reality and history.更多还原
