【Abstract】 The effect and significance of paper industry saving energy and reducing discharge were introduced, from the low-carbon economy point of view. Two aspects of research and development which should be stresses in the process of techno- logical innovation of saving energy and reducing discharge, one is the (power diagnostic system) diagnosis for energy system and integrated optimized technology of paper mills, the other is the key and common integrated technology of energy-efficient process and equipment, were put forward to make China paper industry to become a real low-carbon industry soon.更多还原
