【摘要】 运用中医理论治疗现代精神行为疾病具有一定的临床优势，志意辨证是与精神行为疾病相适宜的辨证手段，魂魄辨证是志意辨证体系中的重要组成部分，主要用于讨论分析先天因素在精神疾病中的地位与作用。笔者在临床实践的基础上，结合相关文献，梳理并讨论了志意辨证理论体系中“魄”的概念及发生发展方式，阐明魄的特性，分析魄与魂、意、志之间的联系，描述魄的生理病理状态及相关调节用药经验，总结并补充中医魂魄理论，以供临床参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The application of traditional Chinese medicine theory to the treatment of modern psychobehavioral diseases has certain clinical advantages. Zhiyi syndrome differentiation is a suitable means of differentiation for mental and behavioral diseases.Hunpo syndrome differentiation is an important part of the Zhiyi syndrome differentiation system, which is mainly used to discuss and analyze the status and role of congenital factors in mental diseases. On the basis of clinical practice and in combination with relevant literature, the author sorted out and discussed the concept and development mode of ‘Po’ in the theoretical system of Zhiyi syndrome differentiation, elucidated the characteristics of Po, analyzes the relationship between Hun and Po, Zhi and Yi, describes the physiological and pathological state of Po and relevant experience in regulating drug use, and improved the theory of Hunpo in traditional Chinese medicine for clinical reference.更多还原
