【Abstract】 The transformation of Tiangui’s yin and yang is very important to the evolution of female reproductive rhythm and menstrual cycle rhythm. Although Suwen·Shanggu Tianzhen Lun first put forward ‘Tiangui’, but the elaboration is not detailed, the medical scientists’ opinions are not many. Professor XIA Gui-cheng, a master of traditional Chinese medicine,innovatively explored the mystery of Tiangui from six yin and six yang based on the twelve monarch divinations from the perspective of the same origin of I Ching and traditional Chinese medicine, which has good clinical effects. In this paper, the source, category and differentiation of Tiangui are described, and 1 empirical case is attached.更多还原
