【摘要】 目的 :检测基质金属蛋白酶 2 (MMP- 2 )、 PTEN基因在大肠癌组织中的表达 ,并研究其临床病理意义。方法 :采用逆转录聚合酶链反应 (RT- PCR)检测 MMP- 2及 PTEN在 4 0例大肠癌组织中的表达。结果 :1Dukes A、 B期大肠癌组织与对照组正常大肠粘膜组织比较 ,MMP- 2、 PTEN的表达差异均有显著性(P<0 .0 1) ;Dukes C、 D期与 A、 B期比较 ,MMP- 2及 PTEN的表达差异均有显著性 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;2 MMP- 2及PTEN在高、中分化腺癌和低分化腺癌阳性表达率差异均有显著性 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;3MMP- 2及 PTEN在有淋巴结转移组和无淋巴结转移组检出阳性率差异均有显著性 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :MMP- 2及 PTEN的表达与大肠癌临床病理特征和生物学行为有关联 ,MMP- 2及 PTEN基因是大肠癌细胞增生活跃的重要影响因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the expressions of tumor-related genes (MMP-2 and PTEN) in colorectal carcinoma tissues and their clinic pathological significances. Methods The expressions of MMP-2 and PTEN in 40 patients with colorectal carcinoma were investigated by RT-PCR. Results ①There existed significant differences of the expressions of MMP-2 and PTEN between normal control and Dukes A,B (P<0.01); as well as the expressions of MMP-2 and PTEN between Dukes C,D and Dukes A,B(P<0.05); ②There existed significant differences of the expression rates of MMP-2 and PTEN between the high or middle differentiation grade of the carcinoma and the low differentiation grade (P<0.05);③There existed significant differences of the expression rates of MMP-2 and PTEN between the patients with lymph metastasis and those without lymph metastasis (P<0.05). Conclusion The expressions of MMP-2 and PTEN have close relationship with the pathology of colorectal carcinoma and their own biology behaviors. Both MMP-2 and PTEN play important roles in distincting hyperplasia of colorectal carcinoma.更多还原
