【摘要】 目的探讨解剖锁定钢板内固定治疗Ruedi-Allgower II、III型胫骨Pilon骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾分析2010年1月至2012年10月我科运用延期切开复位锁定解剖钢板内固定方法治疗Ruedi-Allgower II、III型Pilon骨折42例临床资料,采用Mazur等制定的踝关节症状与功能评分系统评定治疗效果。结果本组全部病例术后随访6～30个月。按Mazur评分标准:优16例,良20例,可4例,差2例,优良率85.7%。结论胫骨远端锁定解剖钢板内固定治疗胫骨远端Pilon骨折手术创伤小,稳定性好,骨折愈合率高,并发症少,关节功能恢复满意,是治疗Pilon骨折的有效措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of internal fixation with locking anatomical plate on the treatment of Ruedi-Allgower II and III Pilon fracture. Methods From January 2010 to October 2012,42 patients with Pilon fractures were treated with the the delayed open reduction and fixation with locking anatomical plate. All cases were evaluated by Mazur score system. Results All the 42 patients were followed up for 6 ～ 30 months. Clinical effects were assessed by Mazur evaluating standard. 16 cases were excellent,20 cases were very good,4 cases were common and only 2 cases were poor. The excellent rate was 85. 7%. Conclusion The internal fixation with locking anatomical plate on treatment of Pilon fracture has the advantage of small operation wound,good stability,high bone healing rate,less complication and good recovery of ankle function.更多还原
