【摘要】 目的:探讨腹腔镜全子宫切除术的临床护理。方法:回顾性分析23例腹腔镜全子宫切除术患者的围术期护理情况。结果:经过围手术期规范的整体护理,23例患者均顺利通过围手术期,无并发症,痊愈出院。结论:腹腔镜全子宫切除术已逐步代替传统开腹手术,创伤小,并发症少,而围手术期的精心护理对提高手术成功率,缩短住院日,降低住院费用有重要意义,术后护理经验值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To discuss the clinical nursing of TLH. Methods: retrospective analysis of perioperative nursing of 23 cases of TLH. Results: after standardized and holistic perioperative nursing, 23 cases proved successful without complications and were discharged after being cured. Conclusion:TLH,little trauma and less complications,has replaced traditional laparotomy. Meticulous perioperative nursing can improve success rate of surgery, shorten the hospitalization period, and lower hospitalization costs, which is worthy of clinical application.更多还原
