海洋放线菌Streptomyces sp.WQ-2化学成分研究
Chemical constituents of marine-derived actinomycete Streptomyces sp.WQ-2
【摘要】 采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱和高效液相色谱等方法对海洋放线菌Streptomyces sp.WQ-2固体发酵产物的化学成分进行分离纯化,并利用质谱、核磁共振谱及文献比对方法鉴定化合物的结构。结果表明:从Streptomyces sp.WQ-2固体发酵产物中分离得到5个化合物,分别被鉴定为D-阿洛醇(1)、胡萝卜苷(2)、5-oxo-pyrrolidine-2-carboxylic acid(3)、麦角甾醇(4)和lumichrome(5)。其中,化合物1、3和5首次从Streptomyces sp.发酵产物中分离获得。
【Abstract】 Isolation and purification of chemical constituents from solid culture of marine-derived actinomycete Streptomyces sp.WQ-2was performed through silica gel column chromatography,gel filtration with Sephadex LH-20 and HPLC method etc.Structures of obtained compounds were elucidated by MS and NMR data and compared with literatures.Five compounds were isolated from the solid culture of Streptomyces sp.WQ-2,which were identified as D-allitol(1),daucosterol(2),5-oxo-pyrrolidine-2-carboxylic acid(3),ergosterol(4)and lumichrome(5),respectively.Compounds 1,3and 5were first obtained from culture of Streptomyces sp.
