【Abstract】 " Yin fire" is the key content of LI Dong-yuan’s Theory of Spleen and Stomach. During Jin and Yuan Dynasties, " Yin fire" refers to the pathological " heart fire" which is caused by cardiac fire failing to control,and ministerial fire becoming excessive. The reason for it is deficient spleen-stomach q,and descent of pathogenic dampness to the earth. The author of this article thinks that diseases caused by " yin fire" have the following features such as fever attacking thoroughfare vessel and governing vessel first,then having various syndromes,yin fire changes,ascending and descending,floating and sinking,etc.更多还原
