近红外光谱技术应用于利福昔明混悬剂的定量分析

【摘要】 为利福昔明混悬液建立一种快速有效的定量分析方法,按处方配制9组共54个模拟样本,挑选其中5组作为训练集,其余4组作为预示集,采集各样本的近红外光谱数据,利用多元线性回归法及PLS法对数据进行处理。结果显示,模拟样本中对主药利福昔明采用多元线性回归法,加样平均回收率为291.8%,RSD为65%,采用PLS法的加样平均回收率为100.1%,RSD为1.6%,说明近红外光谱结合PLS应用于利福昔明混悬液的定量分析是可行有效的。

【Abstract】 The study establishes an accurate and efficient method for the quantitative analysis of rifaximin suspension, prepares 54 stimulated samples of 9 groups according to prescription, and selects 5 groups as the training set and 4 groups as the prediction set. Then the study collects the data of near-infrared spectroscopy, and processes the data with multiple linear regression and PLS method. The results show that multiple linear regression method is used for the main drug rifaximin in the simulated samples. The average recovery rate is 291.8%, and RSD is 65%. The average recovery of the samples with PLS method is 100.1%, and RSD is 1.6%. This indicates that it is feasible to apply near-infrared spectrometry through combining with PLS in the quantitative analysis of Rifaximin suspension.
