一例Co(Ⅲ)配合物的综合实验教学设计——合成、表征及理论研究
Design on Comprehensive Experiment of a Co(Ⅲ) Compound——Synthesis, Characterization and Theoretical Studies
【摘要】 本文设计了“一例钴配合物的合成、表征及理论研究”的综合性实验。实验内容包括配合物合成、晶体数据采集、结构表征及量子化学计算四部分,涵盖了本科生所学的无机化学、结构化学、配位化学等多方面知识。实验现象稳定,重复性好,结果可靠。教学实践表明,本实验设计既能提高学生对结构化学基本理论的理解和基本实验技能的掌握,又能提升学生的创新实践能力和综合科学素养。
【Abstract】 A comprehensive experimental teaching design “synthesis, characterization and theoretical studies on a cobalt(Ⅲ) compound”is introduced. The experiment includes four parts: synthesis, crystal data acquisition, structural characterization and theoretical calculation, covering the knowledge of inorganic chemistry,structural chemistry, coordination chemistry, and so on. The experiment is stable, reproducible and reliable.Teaching practice shows that the experiment not only helps students understand the basic theory of structural chemistry course and improve their experimental skills, but also helps to cultivates students’ i nnovative ability and scientific research literacy.
