长输天然气管道腐蚀因素及防护措施
Explore the corrosion factors and protective measures of natural gas pipelines
【摘要】 针对长输天然气管道腐蚀问题,结合我国长输天然气管道的建设运行现状,首先对管道腐蚀的影响因素进行深入分析,在此基础上,提出腐蚀问题的防护措施,为保障天然气管道的安全高效运行奠定基础。研究表明:天然气管道与其他类型的管道相比,其存在一定的区别,运行过程中可能导致管道金属腐蚀的因素相对较多,一旦出现严重腐蚀问题,必定会引发严重后果。介质因素、土壤化学因素、电化学因素以及生物因素等是导致管道金属腐蚀的主控因素。需要从改善材料耐腐蚀性、涂层保护、阴极保护以及缓蚀剂保护等角度出发,分别采取多项有效措施,进而使得管道腐蚀速率降低,确保管道长期处于安全稳定的运行状态。
【Abstract】 In response to the problem of corrosion of natural gas pipelines,this study combines the current situation of the construction and operation of the long-lost natural gas pipeline in my country. First of all,the influencing factors of the corrosion of this type of pipeline are analyzed. On this basis,the protection measures for corrosion problems are proposed. Laupate the foundation to ensure the safe and efficient operation of natural gas pipelines. Studies have shown that,compared with other types of energy pipelines,there are certain differences compared with other types of energy pipelines. During the operation,there may be relatively many factors that cause pipeline metal corrosion. Once severe corrosion problems occur,serious consequences will be caused. Medical factors,soil chemical factors,electrochemical factors,and biological factors are the main control factor that causes pipeline metal corrosion. From the perspective of improving material corrosion resistance,coating protection,cathode protection,and corrosion agent protection,multiple effective measures are taken to reduce the corrosion rate of pipelines and ensure that the pipeline is in a safe and stable state of operation.
