星花玉兰及其品种的光响应模型筛选
Selection of Photosynthesis Light Response Model of Yulania stellata and its Varieties
【摘要】 以星花玉兰及其4个品种为试验材料,使用Li-6400便携式光合仪测定其光响应曲线,采用4种光响应模型(双曲线修正模型、非直角双曲线模型、指数模型和直角双曲线模型)分析叶片的光响应过程。结果表明,4种模型对星花玉兰叶片光合作用光响应过程模型拟合效果的优劣顺序为,直角双曲线修正模型>非直角双曲线模型>指数模型>直角双曲线模型。对于星花玉兰及其4个品种而言,直角双曲线修正模型是最佳光响应模型,可使用此模型进行星花玉兰的光响应过程测定。
【Abstract】 In order to select the light response model that best fits the Yulania stellata and its four varieties,the light response process of the leaves was analyzed by four kinds of light response models using Li-6400 photosynthetic tester.The results showed that the fitting results of the four light response models was in ranked in a order of : modified rectangular hyperbola model>non-rectangular hyperbola model>exponential model>rectangular hyperbola model, and the modified rectangular hyperbola model was best photosynthesis light response model.
