【摘要】 探讨医院监护仪集中管理模式,提高设备的使用率,解决科室之间借用困难,降低不良事件发生率及科室管理成本,节约设备购置资金。采用PDCA循环管理方法,建立医疗设备调配中心,对医院监护仪进行集中管理。通过对监护仪进行集中管理,优化了我院各科室监护仪的配置,降低了使用成本和不良事件发生率,提高了监护仪的使用安全和使用效率,为临床科室提供可靠的服务。通过医疗设备调配中心的建立,改变了传统监护仪的管理模式,为我院综合管理以及其他设备的资源共享提供切实可行的管理模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, we have discussed the centralized management mode of hospital monitor to improve the utilization rate of equipments, solve the borrowing difficulty among departments, reduce the incidence of adverse events and the high cost of department management, and save funds for equipment purchase. PDCA circulation management method was used to establish medical equipment deployment center for centralized management of monitor. By using the mode of centralized management of the monitor, we optimized the distribution of the monitor, reduced the use cost and incidence of adverse events, improved the safety and efficiency of the monitor, and provided reliable service for the clinical department. The establishment of medical equipment deployment center has changed the management mode of traditional monitor, and provided a feasible management mode for comprehensive management and sharing of resources of other equipment of hospital.更多还原
