风力发电机组低电压过渡能力测试分析
Test and Analysis of Low Voltage Ride Through on Wind Turbine Generator System
【摘要】 内蒙古大唐国际新能源有限公司某风电场XE72-2000型变速恒频直驱型风电机组本身具有一定的低电压过渡能力,电压跌落不少于50%额定电压时,可以安全度过,但不满足电网电压跌落至20%额定电压时,低电压过渡时间不低于625 ms的要求。针对这一问题,对该型风电机组进行低电压过渡能力改造,在风电机组控制系统增加1个30 kW的在线三相UPS电源,使风电机组在电网故障时保持发电机机端电压在额定水平。改造后,对控制系统进行仿真建模验证以及现场实际测试检验,结果表明,改造后的风电机组具备低电压过渡能力,满足《风电场接入电网技术规定》的相关要求。
【Abstract】 XE72- 2000 frequency conversion constant speed type direct- drive wind turbine,which used in a wind power plant of Inner Mongolia Datang International New Energy Co.,Ltd.,convert wind energy into electric energy by ABB inverter.It has fairly low voltage ride through capability,if voltage dropping is not less than 50%Un,this kind of wind turbine could pass safely.But this kind of wind turbine couldn′ t meet the requirements of low voltage transition duration of not less than 625 ms,when the grid voltage drops to 20%Un.In order to solve this problem,some ways were used to improving the low voltage ride through capability of this kind of wind turbine.Adding a 30 kW EPS to the wind turbine control system could keep the voltage of wind turbine in rated level.After transforming,system simulation model validation and actual test inspection have been done.The results showed that after transforming,the wind turbine had the low voltage ride through capability which meet the requerements of wind farm accessing to power system technology.
