基于区位条件的停车配建指标研究

【摘要】 建筑物配建停车场是解决城市停车问题的关键,随着城市化和机动化进程的不断加大,现有的停车配建指标已经体现出分类粗糙,指标单一等方面的不足,且大多是基于调查进行统计归类的,忽略了区位条件这个关键影响因素。区位条件主要有经济条件、交通条件和地理条件,文中引用区位势这个概念,选择区位集聚和交通可达性2个区位因素作为影响配建指标的关键因素,重点分析距离阻抗、道路服务水平和道路等级对交通可达性的影响,并建立起其中内部因子和区位条件的关系模型。通过上海市某发展项目的实例,计算考虑区位条件后建筑物停车配建指标的调整状况。

【Abstract】 Constructing parking lots in buildings is the key to solve the urban parking problems.With the growing of the urbanization and mobility,the existing parking index is roughly categorized,and simply divided.Most of them are categorized based on the survey,without consideration of the location conditions which are an importation factor.Location conditions mainly consist of economic,traffic and geographic conditions.The paper introduced the concept of location potential energy,chose the location aggregation and traffic accessibility as the key factors affecting the construction index,analyzed the effects of distance impedance function,road service level and grade on traffic accessibility,and established models to describe the relationship between the internal factors and the location conditions.Finally,with one project in Shanghai as an example,the paper calculated the adjusted index of parking lots with considering the location conditions.
