多维规划的复杂产品模块化设计关键技术研究

【摘要】 制造业服务化的发展,引发机械产品的变化,呈现为物理产品与融合服务的复杂产品形态。针对大规模定制开发的现实需要,使用多维规划下复杂产品模块化设计方法,针对建模、模块布局、产品平台搭建等关键问题,解决生命周期内服务融合条件下的模块化产品平台多目标规划与管理、多粒度配置设计和产品结构进化等问题,实现产品设计的质量控制目标和服务增值效果。本文主要研究工作和成果如下:(1)分析了面向融合服务的复杂产品模块化设计类型及其过程,建立了支持该类型产品生命周期管理的模块化设计方法体系及技术框架。探讨了广义关联的系统性特点及关联分析实现产品规划的科学性,提出了多维规划下融合服务的复杂产品模块化设计方法、实施过程、技术体系框架和关键技术。(2)探讨了基于服务映射关联的复杂网络建模方法及各角度模型的表征机理,构建了多角度网络模型。面向融合服务的复杂产品的复杂内部结构及其多维关联特性,分析了生命周期模块化所需模型体系,明确了多目标建模的内容与框架,结合各维度的广义服务映射关联及其稳健性内涵,构建了多维广义服务映射关联网络模型,明确了其聚类内涵,实现了产品的多维视图关联建模。(3)研究了多维广义服务映射关联网络的聚类分析方法,实现了基于过程集成的产品主结构规划。利用模糊层次分析技术和改进遗传算法,结合各角度聚类目标进行多维模块布局目标分析,实现了各角度模块划分,结合复杂网络及产品平台分析技术,使用基于界面关联的产品平台识别方法,并以过程模型为集成框架、以样式为组织形式、以事物特性表为表达机制构建了产品主结构。(4)探讨了面向广义服务映射关联优化的模块化设计及产品布局进化技术。基于产品结构内广义服务映射关联网络模型的细粒度表达机制,结合过程集成的产品主结构模型特性,研究了基于广义服务映射关联分析的配置设计过程,结合主结构的联合模型,实现了公理化模式下的细粒度的变型设计协同,结合基于关联网络构建与融合的新产品设计过程,解决了产品结构的多维优化问题。(5)综上,开发了模块化设计原型系统,进行了实施验证,初步验证了本文的主要研究成果。

【Abstract】 The development of manufacturing service caused the change of mechanical products and rendering as complex product form of integrated physical products and service. Aim at the reality of mass customization development, using the complex product modular design method based on multi-dimensional, direct at the key problems of modeling, module structures and the product platform structures. This thesis is proposed to solve the problem of product platform multi-objective planning and management, multi-granularity configuration design and product structural evolution that under the condition of service composition in the life cycle, realize the goal of the quality control of product design and value-added service. The main research work and achievements in the paper are as follows:(1)Analyze the modular design form and process of complex product that oriented integration service, set up modular design method system and technical framework that support the type of product life cycle management. Discusses the scientific nature of systematic characteristics and generalized product planning by correlation analysis. Put forward the complex product modular design method, implementation process, technical system framework and key technology of filled in service that based on multi-dimensional planning.(2)Discusses the complex network modeling method that based on the service mapping relation and the representation mechanism of all angle models, build a network model from multiple perspectives. Face to the complex internal structure and multidimensional association characteristics of complex products that integrated service, analyses the required model of life cycle modular system, Cleared about the content and framework of multi-objective modeling, combine with the generalized service mapping associations and robustness of all the dimension, build a multidimensional generalized service mapping network model, knowing about the connotation of the clustering, realize the products multi-dimensional associated view modeling.(3)Study the clustering analysis method of multi-dimensional generalized service mapping relation network, implement the product main structure planning based on process integration. Using the fuzzy hierarchy analysis technology and improved genetic algorithm, carry out multi-dimensional module layout target analysis combined with cluster target of all angles, realize the module partition of all the angles, combined with complex network and product platform analysis techniques, Using product platform identification method based on interface relations, and constructed product main structures with process model for the integration framework, the template as the organization form, the things characteristics for expressing mechanism. (4)Discuss the modular design and the product layout technology evolution technology oriented the general service mapping associated optimization. Based on the fine-grained expression mechanism of generalized services mapping associated network in the product structure, combine with the product main structure model characteristic of process integration, study the configuration design process based on generalized service mapping relation analysis, combined with the joint model of main structure, realize the fine-grained variant design synergy under the axiomatic mode, combined with new product design process based on the associated network construct and the fusion, solve the problem of the multi-dimensional optimization of product structure.(5) From what has been discussed above, exploit modular designed prototype system, carried out verification, preliminarily verified the main research results in this paper.
